The Opportunity

Our Retail business in EMEA allows us to reach millions of incremental customers in the context of their interactions with our partners. We provide the sales and marketing programs that in the hand of the right ndividual willl lead to exceptional growth. Delivering great customer experiences in today's fast paced environment has become a critical part of the Adobe brand, and a key success factor for scaling retail partnerships. To jointly create and deliver these customer experiences we need you – a focused and creative sales professional who is willing to go the extra mile and along with an exceptional team create the future of retail.

Preferred location is Munich. For the ideal candidate we have flexibility to hire in Hamburg, Paris, London or remote based in Germany.


Aufgaben
  • Take ownership of, nurture and (re)build the relationships with the top Retail partners including Amazon across EMEA to allow for sales growth
  • Partner with the Retail Channel Marketing Manager to build quarterly and annual account plans for the top Retail partners including Amazon
  • Engage with the Retail Channel Marketing Manager & the Amazon ads agency to setup outstanding Amazon advertising campaigns (Paid Search and Display) to help customers navigate on Amazon not only during our deal events but throughout the year
  • Own and optimize all Retail programs such as annual promotion plan, attach program, MDF program, Volume incentive rebate program in alignment with WW Retail lead and all relevant stakeholders such as legal, business ops, pricing etc.

Profil
  • Outstanding communication skills and are able to drive projects, breaking down complex problems into manageable, structured work packages
  • Self-starter mentality - determined and enjoy working independently
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel and Power Point) skills
  • Fluency in English and French/German or ideally all three languages
  • Outstanding relationship building skills with internal and external partners
  • Proven understanding of the Retail/etail landscape across EMEA
  • Negotiation skills to drive a positive return of invest for Adobe
  • A customer first demeanour that is reflected in all your actions
