Would you like to be part of a team that helps build the fourth mobile network in Germany with the latest 5G technology and develops innovative ideas for it? • Support the business requirement process and drive the solution design
• Ensure a qualified partner management of our external solutions delivery team and the managed services concepts for successful handover to operations
• Manage our solution partners and drive them to provide the right solutions for:
• OSS tools for service and network management in telecommunications area
• Network planning tools (nominals/search circles, radio planning, site design, drive tests measurements, RAN optimization) and deployment & integration tools (site acquisition and selection, site approvals, co-usage process, site documentations, site integration and acceptance, network inventory and logistics, rollout reporting, APIs for integration of TowerCos and rollout partner)
• End to end orchestration (auto provisioning, configuration management, digital twin, network navigator, network optimization)
• Monitoring tools for alarm and service management (FCAPS for Network Operations Center, Service Operations Center and Customer Operations Center)

• More than 4 years telecommunications OSS expertise
• Business analysis / requirements management, especially the capability to capture functional and non functional requirements
• TM-Forum ETOM, SID, etc. and ITIL should be familiar concepts
• Good knowledge about software engineering, ideally coupled with operational experience (DevOps)
• Partner management / vendor management
• Strong communications skill
• Business acumen
